Module 1 is structured for a gradual exploration of various Wellbeing Factors, allowing participants to delve into specific aspects over an extended timeframe rather than completing the entire module at once. By utilising the SEW-Arts Teaching Artist survey, individuals can pinpoint the wellbeing factors most pertinent to their practice. It is recommended to complete the survey before embarking on Module 1. Depending on the chosen focus areas, dedicating approximately an hour to review and plan for each Wellbeing Factor is advised. Additionally, Module 1 encourages collaborative engagement, facilitating group discussions on key messages and questions.
